Technology ≠ Less personal
Business aviation has modernized. Why hasn’t the client experience?

I don't think business aviation needs to become less personal.
I think technology should allow it to become more personal.
The best brokers and aviation companies win because of relationships, responsiveness and trust.
Their clients know that when something changes, someone will take care of it.
The problem comes as companies grow.
More clients. More flights. More assistants. More changes. More emails. More WhatsApp messages.
Maintaining that same level of personal service becomes harder.
That's where I think technology has been misunderstood.
The goal isn't to replace the broker-client relationship with software.
It's to remove the repetitive administration and fragmented communication around it — so teams can spend more time actually looking after their clients.
The technology should disappear into the background.
The service should stand out! 🛫
