Why We Built The Private Jet App

Private aviation is one of the most advanced industries in the world.

The aircraft are modern - the crews are highly trained- operations are complex and precise.

But the way many companies communicate with their clients is still surprisingly old-fashioned…

For most trips, the average email chain with the clients and passengers easily reach 20+. And that's not including outside messages and phone calls.

  • Flight Brief v1

  • Flight Brief v2

  • Notice a error - Flight Brief v2.1

  • Flight Brief v3

  • Final Flight Brief v4

  • Further, all these briefs get forwarded to assistants, passengers, drivers, and others involved in the trip.

Over time, the email thread grows longer, exponentially.

People start asking questions.

Someone opens the wrong version of the PDF.

And something that should feel simple becomes unnecessarily complicated.

The Problem We Saw

In private aviation, details matter; especially when things change… And things change… a lot!

New departure time, slot issues, PAX updates, ground transportation update, catering confirmed.

When this information is spread across emails and static documents, it quickly becomes hard for everyone to stay on the same page.

We spoke with many brokers, operators, and flight departments who all said the same thing:

Coordinating with clients takes up so much of our time, and not to mention theirs.. There has to be a better way!

When we dug deep into this, it became evident that the issue was not the teams or people behind it; simply, the tools they were given did not live up to the needs and expectations required for todays communication!

What We Built

The Private Jet App was built to solve one simple problem:

Give aviation companies one modern place to communicate with their clients about a trip.

Instead of sending PDFs and long email threads, companies can share a live trip briefing inside a mobile app.

Clients can:

• View their trip details

• See updates instantly

• Send requests or messages

• Keep all information in one place

If something changes, the update appears immediately for everyone involved.

No new PDF.

No confusion about which version is correct.

Nobody Left Behind!

— Our platform also fully supports communicating with "non-app users". You always have the option to download it to PDFs at any stage, making sure that "slower-adapting" clients, never get left behind!

  • Full client/passenger management tools available at your fingertips (app users + non-app users)

Who It’s For

The platform is designed for any private aviation company that communicates directly with passengers.

That includes:

• Air charter brokers/advisors

• Aircraft operators (both 135 and 91)

Each company can provide their clients with a modern, simple way to stay informed about their trip.

Why It Matters

Private aviation is built around service.

Clients expect a premium experience from the moment they book a flight until they arrive at their destination.

Clear communication is a big part of that experience.

By moving trip communication from emails and PDFs into a modern mobile interface, companies can offer a more professional and seamless service to their clients.

Who Uses It Today

Companies using The Private Jet App today ranges from the leading air charter broker in Scandinavia to the corporate flight department of a fortune 50 company.

All with the same goal:

Modernizing and improving how they communicate with their clients - saving both them, and their clients valuable time!
